Shipping Policy

This page describes how purchases of our lunch boxes, insulated lunch bags, drinkware, food-storage containers, and meal-prep accessories move from an authorized payment to delivery.

Before dispatch

Order verification and packing usually require approximately 1–2 business days after payment is authorized. Checkout shows eligible destinations, the applicable shipping cost, and whether a free-shipping option applies.

Carrier travel

Following shipment, expected transportation time is 4–6 business days, separate from processing. Saturdays, Sundays, and relevant holidays do not count. Carrier schedules can change, so stated dates remain estimates.

Delivery assistance

Provide a complete address and working email and phone details at checkout. Tracking updates are shared when available. If the parcel is late, missing, visibly damaged, or recorded as delivered without receipt, send the order and tracking references to hivigiba235@gmail.com.
