Refund Policy

New goods may be returned whether they have a defect or not, and exchange requests are welcome. For a non-defective return such as buyer preference, a mistaken selection, or a change of mind, the product must stay unused, in original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging, tags, and accessories. We also handle claims involving breakage, defects, missing components, an incorrect shipment, or a substantial mismatch with the listing. Mandatory consumer protections are unaffected.

Starting a request

Email hivigiba235@gmail.com no later than 30 calendar days after the package is delivered. State the order number, checkout email, and explanation. For a damaged, faulty, wrong, or incomplete delivery, attach clear images or video of the goods and packaging.

Authorized mail returns

Wait for approval before sending anything. We then confirm the proper return destination and instructions; the store correspondence address should not be assumed to be the return facility. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label for an approved eligible return. Customers do not pay the label cost or related return postage, and a lost or absent label should be reported for assistance. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges remain subject to assessment and stock.

Receiving funds

When a refund is approved, we process and start it back to the original payment route within 10 days. The customer’s financial institution may take longer to show the amount.
